CMS will pay you 40 cents per kilowatt hour exported to the grid on a NETT feed in tariff, over and above what electricity retailers are offering.*

On a NETT feed in tariff, you can use the energy you produce from the solar power system first before any excess energy is exported to the electricity grid. This will decrease your electricity bill and earn you money for the excess energy you export back to the electricity grid..

Terms & Conditions

This scheme is for new customers who have not previously applied to be connected to the grid.
If you have had a solar electricity system previously installed you will be ineligible to collect the CMS feed in tariff of 40 cents.
CMS are unable to offer the 40 cent feed in tariff for solar electricity systems greater than 3kW.
CMS will pay you 40 cents per kilowatt exported to the grid over and above what your electricity retailer pays you.
Payments for the NETT feed in tariff will be paid by Carbon Management Solutions Pty Ltd.
To claim payment customers will need to email, fax or post a copy of their first bill that incorporates the solar generation during the whole billing period.
Payment is for the NETT export only and will be paid after 30 days of receiving the electricity bill.
Payments will continue for a maximum of 12 months from the date of installation.
Any variation of systems will need to wait until the Governments new scheme is available.
40 cents is including GST if applicable.

To be eligible for the 40c NETT FIT you must have installed solar panels and an inverter from Carbon Management Solutions Pty Ltd.
Customers will need to assign RECs/STCs to Carbon Management Solutions Pty Ltd.
Systems must be installed by a CEC accredited installer.
Systems must be connected to a household NETT Metering Configuration only.
