Why use CMS Solar Power Products?
Trustworthy - we have been specialising in solar power products since 2002. All our solar power products are tried and tested to Australian Standards and are reliable and efficient.
Availability - our warehouse is over 4,500sqm which allows us to keep large quantities of stock on site available to you.
Competitive - as our warehouse is so large we buy solar power products in bulk at discounted prices so we can pass these savings on to you.
Efficient - all orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered directly within 48 hours of dispatch.
Payment - we require 50% payment up front and 50% payment on delivery of solar power products. Once you have been trading with us for 3 months an account will be set up giving you 7-14 days to make payment.
Warranty - 25 year warranty on all solar panels (10 years at 90% efficiency and 25 years at 80% efficiency) and a 5 year warranty on inverters. We service the warranty ourselves so in the event that a solar panel or inverter is faulty we will replace it.
CMS Free Freight Program
Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery goods
Free freight is only available for customers who are purchasing CMS goods in the highlighted areas on our Free Freight Program Brochure.
2. Delivery schedule
At present CMS only have one truck available for free freight so scheduling can be mixed to accommodate different locations. To assist our staff in delivering your goods on time please notify us of your requirements in advance.
3. Unloading of goods
Please notify us if a forklift is not available. You are required to have someone hand unload in this instance and you may be charged a “hand unload fee” if there are time delays.
4. Unsuccessful unload will apply charges
If the truck is unable to unload for any reasons such as but not limited to; unable to access the property, no one available to unload the truck, or the delivery is sent away the delivery will be dropped at the closest open freight depot and you will be invoiced for the goods to be dispatched or picked up.
5. Natural or unnatural disaster
In the event of a disaster such as flood, fire, earthquake preventing access to main transport routes. A notice will be sent to alert our customers of any freight disturbances.
6. Goods in transit
Our privately owned transport is responsible to deliver goods in the condition they are ordered, damage caused by transport will be recovered by CMS.
In the case of an “unsuccessful unload “where the goods have been delivered to an alternate transport company the goods are considered your responsibility damage caused is not considered to be the responsibility of CMS.
CMS free freight is available to all CMS customers in the highlighted areas. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions of accepting free freight and your obligations to provide assistance with unloading of the goods. By using our free freight deems that you have acceptance the terms and conditions in full.
Trade Show Support - CMS will provide you with solar panels and inverters for displays at local events so that you can visually demonstrate and explain the solar power process to potential customers.
